ESGineering Consulting was born out of a realization that my decades long environmental career had equipped me with the skills, knowledge, and network to navigate the dynamic world that is ESG and sustainability. I felt I had a unique perspective and was driven by a deep-seated desire to use my wisdom and knowledge to create solutions to the problems I was seeing.

As the Sustainable Engineering lead for a global biopharma company, I was tasked with the program development and deployment of a carbon emissions reduction program (CAPS - Climate Action Program for Sites) for manufacturing sites located around the world. ESGineering was instrumental in identifying and organizing the team for one of our California manufacturing sites. Terri with ESGineering set up the local team’s governance structure, team charter, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), processes to monitor and measure progress, and ultimately got approval for a 4.4 MW onsite solar/4 MW battery storage project which would get us half-way to our goal which was just one of many carbon reduction projects she was involved in. We couldn't have done it without ESGineering's efforts and expertise!
